The Housekeeping Runner works closely with Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure that all floor pantries and service areas are well organised, fully stocked, and maintained in a clean and orderly condition throughout the day. The role involves replenishing guest amenities, linen, and cleaning supplies so that Room Attendants can complete their duties efficiently and without interruption.
You will be responsible for ensuring that housekeeping pantries are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This includes monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies as required, and ensuring that equipment and materials are stored safely and correctly.
The Housekeeping Runner also assists with the movement and distribution of linen, guest supplies, and housekeeping equipment across the property. Supporting the housekeeping team during busy operational periods and responding promptly to requests from supervisors and colleagues is an important part of the role.
The successful candidate will maintain strong communication with the housekeeping team, remain aware of daily operational priorities, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining professional grooming standards and a positive, helpful attitude at all times is essential.
