As a Housekeeping Ordertaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing housekeeping requests and coordinating with various departments.
- Answer and process guest requests for housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure prompt fulfilment of guest requests
- Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
- Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to address guest concerns
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
- Assist in scheduling room cleaning and turndown services
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure all interactions with guests meet the hotel's high standards of customer service
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality
