We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - APAC to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Sales Manager for the APAC market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team across diverse markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the APAC market
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals across multiple countries
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Travel extensively within the APAC market to support sales initiatives and attend industry events
- Adapt sales approaches to accommodate cultural nuances and business practices across different APAC markets
- Contribute to the development of new products and services based on customer feedback and market demands
