- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, furniture, and lighting fixtures
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend the life of facilities and equipment
- Carry out installation work for new equipment and systems as required
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff
- Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Contribute to the development and implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices
