- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and hotel amenities to potential guests
- Manage and update the hotel's reservation system to ensure accurate booking records
- Collaborate with other departments to accommodate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Monitor and analyze occupancy trends to optimize room availability and pricing
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and local events
- Assist in training new team members on reservation procedures and best practices
