What you will be doing:
- Provide warm, engaging, and personalized service to Fairmont Gold guests in the lounge
- Set up, maintain, and refresh food and beverage presentations for breakfast, canapés, and beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently upheld in the lounge and service areas
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance the overall experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages where applicable
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Fairmont Gold and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution
- Other duties as assigned
