THE POSITION
Reporting to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage and Cluster Executive Chef.
To provide organizational and administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department and the timely and efficient execution of assigned office and business procedures.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
路 Communicate to customers (internal and external) in a polite and courteous manner
路 Perform duties and responsibilities in a confidential manner when applicable
路 Type and prepare a variety of documents such as letters, memos and minutes
路 Handling of correspondence and answering the telephone as related to the job
路 Attend daily F&B Meeting and take meeting minutes
路 Prepare monthly staff attendance report for payroll clerk
路 Provide organizational and administrative support to the Cluster Director of F&B and Cluster Executive Chef
路 Organize a variety of documents and maintain stationery and office supplies
路 Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features
路 Liaise, communicate and collaborate with other departments ensuring communication and the resolution of problems
路 Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational procedures in the Hotel
路 To work efficiently and effectively in meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
路 Attend meetings required by Cluster Director of F&B and Cluster Executive Chef to take minute
路 Handling in-house printing menus inserts and any in-house printing F&B collaterals
路 To assist F&B operations when is required by Cluster Director of F&B and carry out any other duties
