- Greet guests warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Multitask effectively during peak service hours while remaining composed and supportive
- Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed
