- Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to Raffles service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conduct onboarding for new team members
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and budgets to optimize profitability
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies
- Analyze guest feedback and menu performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and decisiveness to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
