Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team while maintaining operational excellence, cost efficiency, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations. - Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols
- Maintain and enforce rigorous quality standards for food presentation, beverage preparation, and overall guest service delivery
- Manage inventory levels, monitor food and beverage costs, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality
- Train, onboard, and develop team members through regular coaching, performance feedback, and skill-building initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits
- Coordinate seamlessly between front-of-house and kitchen operations to optimize workflow and service efficiency
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor key performance metrics, including guest feedback, staff performance, and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present regular reports on operations, staffing, and financial performance to management
- Customize service experiences to meet guest preferences and special requests while maintaining operational standards
