Role Summary:
The Associate Director of Finance assists in managing the hotel鈥檚 financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with business goals to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making
- Lead, guide, and develop the finance team
