As Reservations Manager, you will lead the Reservations team and play a key role in shaping each guest鈥檚 journey before they arrive. This is a 12-month parental leave cover commencing mid-May, offering the opportunity to step into a leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the Reservations team to deliver a seamless and refined booking experience across all channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners through exceptional service
- Ensuring reservations are processed accurately and efficiently using hotel systems
- Maintaining a strategic selling approach to maximise occupancy and rate performance, working closely with Revenue Management
- Overseeing workflow and prioritisation across the team to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Managing group reservations including rooming lists, releases, and multi-property coordination
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the booking process
- Driving upselling, cross selling, and promotion of the hotel鈥檚 facilities and experiences
- Collaborating with Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximise conversion and enhance the guest journey
