Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes in the assigned section
Ensure all mise en place is completed on time and to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly
Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to senior chefs
Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu items when required
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
Adhere to company policies, kitchen procedures, and safety regulations
