Responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel鈥檚 facilities, systems, and infrastructure are safe, efficient, and aligned with high guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime
- Manage budgets, CapEx planning, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and local laws
- Lead emergency response and risk management efforts
- Supervise, train, and develop the engineering team
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest-related issues
- Manage vendors, contractors, and renovation projects
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
