Assists the Food & Beverage Manager in operational and administrative duties, including coordination with other departments. Oversee all outlet operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable daily performance. Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding team to ensure seamless service and consistency in food and beverage quality. Handle guest feedback and complaints tactfully, taking corrective action and ensuring guest satisfaction.
