Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of food service at Cleo, from prep to service execution
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
Maintain a clean, safe and organised section in line with food safety standards
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal dishes
Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Lead and support junior kitchen team members during service
