For our reception team, we are looking for a flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic Front Office Employee for both day and night shifts. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until their departure.
As a Front Office Employee (Day/Night), you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. You welcome guests, verify reservations, prepare room keys, and process payments. In addition, you assist guests with specific requests or questions, both in person and over the phone. During a night shift, you will also be responsible for accurately processing and completing the Night Audit.
You also play an important role in informing guests about the ALL โ Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and see it as a challenge to encourage every guest to become a member. You have the skills to turn any problem into a positive guest experience.
