Chef De Partie - Breakfast

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie – Breakfast to join our kitchen team in a full-time role.

You’ll take responsibility for your breakfast section, ensuring consistency efficiency and exceptional presentation while supporting the wider kitchen team across service.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage your breakfast section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes across buffet and à la carte offerings
• Maintain consistency, quality and presentation standards at all times
• Support menu development with fresh seasonal ideas
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive high-performing kitchen culture
