• Is responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services towards incoming guest requirement with regards to rooms and banquet inquiry.
• Cooperates with other department / section, mainly operational section such as banquet and kitchen for a smooth operation purpose.
• Handles the visit customer to hotel related to conventions and events.
