Job Description

Lead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations
Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams
Monitor inventory, cost control, and departmental budgets
Manage suppliers, contractors, and pest control programs
Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste management)
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
Ensure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standards
Oversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen, uniforms, keys)
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards
Lead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagement
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
