Job Description

Lead and manage the entire Security Department
Develop and enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002) and local regulations
Supervise, train, and mentor Security Supervisors, Team Leaders, and staff
Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services
Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems
Conduct regular risk assessments, fire drills, and preventive maintenance of security systems
Handle guest complaints, incidents, and crisis situations professionally
Oversee Lost & Found procedures and maintain security records
Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
Lead security initiatives during hotel openings and special events
