Position Summary:
Rixos Phu Quoc, Vietnam is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall sales goals of the property. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue and enhancing the market position of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments, ensuring regular engagement and retention.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Sales Execution: Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives and client needs.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and achievements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Event teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and service delivery.
• Client Visits & Inspections: Organize and conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
• CRM Management: Update and manage client information using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions to promote brand visibility and business growth.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and legal requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
