As a Guest Experience Agent, you’ll be the first and last impression of HYDE Perth — delivering a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the detail-checker, the vibe-setter, and the problem-solver.

Key Functions
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised check-in and check-out experience
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and urgency
- Manage reservations, room allocations and guest billing with accuracy
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local hotspots
- Coordinate guest requests and VIP arrangements with internal teams
- Support group arrivals, events and guest logistics when required
- Take ownership of service recovery and resolve issues end-to-end
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety/security standards
