Cook (Part Time) โ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with food preparation across all service periods
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic
- Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices
- Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures
- Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Commis Chef (Part Time) โ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes across all service periods, including functions and events
- Set up and run a designated section during service
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared and service ready
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation
- Work closely with senior chefs to deliver a smooth, high-quality service
