Job Description

Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
Assists in making the employee's work schedules, taking into account fair distribution of tasks, consistency and expected efficiency.
Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant.
Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints.
