Be confident and knowledgeable in all health and safety procedures and support their consistent implementation.
Act as part of the hotel crisis and fire response teams, ensuring familiarity with all relevant procedures.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both guests and internal teams, helping to build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Support the sales and events team with site inspections and maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities.
Step in to lead shifts and manage the front office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
