What you will be doing:
- Support the Front Desk Manager in overseeing all aspects of Front Desk operations, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered with a friendly and engaging approach
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, following up and collaborating with the appropriate departments to create memorable guest experiences
- Assist with key managerial responsibilities including scheduling, payroll administration, performance management, and team coaching
- Ensure all service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed and maintained
- Actively seek and act on feedback from guests and colleagues to continuously improve daily operations and service delivery
