We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Stewarding team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. As Stewarding Coordinator, you鈥檒l play a key role in organizing team schedules, tracking labor and records, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in hospitality administration and team coordination.
Job Duties Include:
- Create weekly schedules and enter into our WATSON system
- Review and manage candidates in the Talent Acquisition System (SmartRecruiter)
- Create Employee Action Forms: hiring, change of status, and terminations
- Maintain the Kitchen office filing system, including employee files, performance logs and performance appraisals
- Update spreadsheets pertaining to hiring, schedules, and payroll
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiative
