What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Outlet General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
- Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
- Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
- Bus and re-set tables
- Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions.
