Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across rooms, MICE, and F&B segments
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales and marketing team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to optimize pricing strategies, segmentation, and distribution channels
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, brand positioning, social media, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel partners, and industry stakeholders

- Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure effective inventory control and maximize yield across all channels
