We are looking to fill 2 Commis Chef roles. Hours to be discussed during the interview
Our Ambassador will:
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards.
- Assist in operating assigned kitchen sections, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to recipes.
- Prepare and cook staff and guest meals with attention to quality, timing, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and food storage following health regulations.
- Monitor ingredient use, help reduce waste, and follow cost-effective preparation methods.
- Learn and assist in menu planning, ordering supplies, and understanding food and labour cost management.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen procedures, developing skills and knowledge under supervision.
