Reservations Agent: You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they can expect upon arrival.
What you will be doing:
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Communicate with guests prior to arrival
- Collaborate with the Front Office and other hotel departments
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensure the best options for guests while maximizing revenue through up-selling
- Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Handle room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and maintain accurate system data
