Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas
Maintain Mama’s signature look and feel in every detail - Team Leader & Culture Builder 👥💫
Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver consistent excellence
Create a positive, motivated, and engaged team environment - Operations Expert ⚡🏨
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling
Ensure efficient workflows and seamless coordination with Front Office and Maintenance - Quality & Standards Guardian 🛎️🎯
Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations
Implement and monitor SOPs while keeping the Mama personality alive - Inventory & Cost Controller 📦💰
Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently
Control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness - Guest Experience Enhancer 💖
Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and with care
Support in resolving guest concerns and maintaining high satisfaction scores - Collaboration Champion 🤝🎶
