We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a full-time receptionist (or Guest Service Agent) with the flexibility to work 5 shifts a week on a rotating roster which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
The responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
- Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Providing local knowledge and recommendations
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
