As the Outlets Manager, you will provide a vision and leadership that fosters an engaged team and ensures quality, efficiency and superior service. This position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day operation and will play an integral role in the training of employees and leaders. The Outlets Manager is also responsible for making sure the concept is applied and promoted via the operations’ decisions.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverages to plan, organize and direct all processes of the restaurants and bars to ensure that it provides a quality food and beverage service
- The outlets manager consistent with the SOPs provided, and achieve maximum revenue and earnings in line with budgeted and forecast projections.
- Apply creative solutions and share ideas to grow, develop and improve the restaurant.
- Oversee service training programs and work closely with restaurant and bar teams to ensure ongoing training is happening consistently in all areas
