Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.
Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and productivity targets.
Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.
Introduce eco-friendly cleaning products, linen reuse programs, recycling systems, and waste-segregation practices.
Ensure housekeeping and sustainability practices enhance guest comfort, health, and well-being.
