Perform all tasks of Night Audit Guest Services Agent including but not limited to: greet, check in and settle guest accounts with an engaging and personalized approach while following all department policies, procedures and service standards
Audit daily operations through overnight task list.
Responsible for providing a seamless and exceptional guest arrival and departure experience.
Adhere to Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Services Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results.
Act as an Ambassador for Fairmont Waterfront and the City of Vancouver creating memorable experiences for our guests and visitors.
Provide knowledgeable information regarding hotel facilities and general city information.
Ensure loyalty members and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.
Perform cashiering duties as required and follow all credit and cash out procedures.
Take ownership of all guest inquiries, comments and feedback and follows up in a ambassadorial and efficient manner while adhering to feedback procedures.
Adhere to standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture.
Participate in daily briefings.
Participate in department and hotel initiatives.
Adhere to H&S policies and procedures.
Support and participate in Colleagues Engagement Survey action plans and departmental engagement development.
Maintains a presence on the Reception Desk and throughout the lobby with welcoming smile and demeanor.
