- Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
- Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel, and area
- Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special request and activities
- Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel
