- Leading, developing, and inspiring a diverse kitchen brigade
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Working closely with the procurement team to manage suppliers and product integrity
- Ensuring strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Managing food cost targets, labour efficiency, and overall kitchen financial performance
- Building strong relationships with heads of department, group leadership, and key suppliers
- Driving ongoing product and recipe development in line with the venue鈥檚 standards and direction.
