What you will be doing:
- Set-up and breakdown of functions, including transporting equipment to/from storage via the Cushman cart
- Provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- Adhere to the State of Hawaii & Environmental Health Consultancy standards
- Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any malfunctioning equipment
- Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
- Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Checks all completed work assignments, including special projects, room cleanliness and set up accuracy
- Monitor and maintain front of house, heart of house and storage for organization and cleanliness
- Set up power sources as required for events (Spider Box, extension cords, power strips, etc.)
- Safely transport equipment and supplies to/from event via motorized company carts
- Communicates with incoming and outgoing lead or captain for necessary pass on information.
- Provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor

Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
