Position: Floor Technician

PURPOSE OF POSITION
To utilize education and experience in the efficient operation, maintenance and
repair of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and
furnishings for the hotel facility and associated buildings
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You are required to work a 48 hours per week
You are required to take 15 minutes breakfast half an hour for lunch each day at the
Staff canteen 15 minutes tea break half an hour for dinner
You are required to take proper care of all material and tool.
Guest villa pre- arrival check to be preform- Painting / electrical / Air conditioning /
Swimming Pool operation / Wooden fixtures flooring cladding & furniture.
Locate and adjust defects in electrical systems and equipment.
Installs electrical fitting to existing Villa, building &/or other structures.
Liaise with clients &/or other relevant personal.
Keep clients informed of tasks completed &/or timeframes to complete tasks.
Adheres to all company safety guidelines.
Use and care for hand tools and equipment necessary to perform various electrical
repairs tasks.
Meets company attendance requirements.
Meets company uniform appearance and grooming standards.
You are required to keep your working environment clean and tidy free from all
potential hazard
Self-started and proactive profile
Should be able to check your stock level needed during your shift duty
Should have proper control and monitoring of the tools, equipment and materials to
complete the job in a safe and efficient manner.
Work with other department, the jobs get do be done,
You should be flexible towards tasks assigned
In the event of power interruption he should be familiar with the basic troubleshooting
Check and ensure that the water plant is operational and record water usage and
production
Daily check the water level in the tank.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determine the same as and when
required
Maintain the plant operation equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Function as a shift operator make decision and stand alone on shift
Ability to work extended hours if and when required.
Respond to emergencies such as fire and environmental hazards.
You will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other related
duties as assigned by the management. The hotel reserves the right to update, revise or
change this job description and related duties at any time.
