Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Establish and monitor audit controls to maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports and financial statements to support management decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic reviews and updates.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee hotel financial operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa segments.
- Drive cost control initiatives and enhance overall profitability across departments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Handle month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder management and communication.
