Reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company, property and departmental policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Manage Execution of Group Events both business and social, including but not limited to; Food & Beverage offerings, set up and execution operating as direct liaison with Group Contact,
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Coordinate special requests and follow up with Colleagues & Management teams
- To assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Work closely with culinary team to ensure a successful service and guest experience
- forecasting, scheduling and labor control
- Beverage cost management
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Works without supervision to ensure operation is running efficiently.
- Assist with preparation of Restaurant Event Orders as directed.
- Assist with planning and execution of Legacy Events
- Attend designated meetings
- Assist with Silverware programming as Champion
- Assist with obtaining designated Avero reports
- Assist with TAS
- Assist with ARM request as needed
- Assist with corporate compliance in menus and practices
- Assist with online menu accuracy as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
- Manage the departmental budget
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
