Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Basin therapist team and as a Sauna Master, you will lead and perform immersive sauna and Aufguss ceremonies, bringing authenticity, artistry, and tradition to the sauna experience at Basin Glacial Waters.
Pay Rate: $25.49/Hour
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Wellness Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and perform immersive sauna and Aufguss ceremonies, delivering unique, sensory guest experiences.
- Craft multi-sensory rituals using heat, essential oils, music, lighting, and dynamic towel techniques.
- Deliver guided ceremonies ranging from 15 to 90 minutes, elevating the sauna experience into a theatrical art form.
- Create a welcoming and harmonious sauna environment, managing temperature, steam, and ambiance
- Act as a performer and guide, infusing each session with originality, energy, storytelling, and rhythm.
- Oversee sauna operations, including guest safety, space cleanliness, and overall wellness area upkeep.
- Engage with guests, warmly greeting them, answering questions, and assisting throughout their experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate physical endurance and stage presence, including standing for extended periods and performing in high heat.
- Other duties as assigned.
