This is a full-time, permanent position.

Starting rate of pay: $25.55 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.20.

Job Duties Include:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
