⢠Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team. Set performance goals, monitor results, and conduct regular coaching to foster high productivity.
⢠Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts in line with revenue targets.
⢠Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
⢠Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive repeat business.
⢠Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecast, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
⢠Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and support of promotional initiatives.
