Proactively generate and convert membership leads through tours, referrals and follow-up activity
Conduct personalised consultations, confidently presenting membership packages, benefits and pricing
Achieve and exceed membership sales targets, driving revenue growth and retention
Manage prospect pipelines, tracking conversion rates and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with members to maximise engagement and lifetime value
Identify and develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to grow the membership base
Support Spa reception in converting enquiries into memberships, bookings and retail sales
Promote spa services, retail and wellness offerings to increase overall member spend
Ensure a luxury guest experience at all touchpoints, maintaining Fairmont brand standards
Oversee accurate membership administration, billing and reporting processes
Handle guest queries and escalations professionally, ensuring effective resolution
Support operational standards, team alignment and daily service delivery within Spa & Wellness
