Job Description

Supervise daily engineering operations, including maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance programs.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of engineering team members.
Ensure all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and tracking system performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and hotel policies.
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and minimize disruptions.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
Assist in inventory control of engineering supplies, tools, and spare parts.
Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
Act as the point of contact in the absence of the leaders when required.
