Under the guidance of the Wellness Manager, the Spa Receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Manage spa reservations, appointments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and products.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Upsell spa services and retail products in line with guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
