What you will be doing:
Provide personalized concierge services to VIP guests before, during, and after their stay
Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange services, reservations, and special requests
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP arrivals and stays
Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and history to enhance future experiences
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
Arrange transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, and exclusive experiences both within and outside the hotel
Ensure all VIP amenities, room set-ups, and special touches are executed to the highest standard
Build strong relationships with repeat and high-profile guests
Stay knowledgeable about local events, restaurants, and attractions to provide expert recommendations
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards at all times
Provide exceptional concierge duties such as external city reservations
Assist with food and beverage services in executive lounge
Follow department policies, procedures and safety standards
